Michael Hovanec has been designing and building construction projects since 1972. For 30-years Michael operated Bailey Homes of Ithaca, a modular home company.
He now buys, refurbishes and sells quality affordable homes. He is a hired consultant for persons and companies using his array of knowledege accumulated over the years.
